Why email is on the list.
A website gets looked at every day. The email set-up behind it is usually checked once, when it is first configured, and never again.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC are three records on your domain that tell other mail servers your messages are genuine. When they are missing or wrong, quotes and invoices can land in spam, and it is easier for someone else to send email pretending to be you.
They take minutes to check and are usually quick to fix.

What do you need from me?
Your website address and the domain you use for email. We do not need any logins or passwords.
What happens afterwards?
Nothing, unless you want it to. If we find problems, we tell you what fixing them would involve. If you want us to fix them, we will quote first; urgent problems can be booked as a same-day fix.
