Every plan includes hosting, software and security updates, backups and 24/7 uptime monitoring. An urgent problem means the site is down, a form, booking tool or checkout has stopped working, there is a security problem, or email on a domain we manage is not being delivered. The full wording is in our terms of service.

We always tell you before anything is chargeable. Nothing on a plan is billed by the hour.

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, email security, backups and new starters, looked after by the person who built your site. Remote first, in office hours, with Edinburgh visits at the hourly rate.
How paying works.
Monthly, in advance
Fees are paid monthly in advance. After the minimum term a plan carries on month to month until either of us ends it with 30 days’ notice.
Or annually
12 months for the price of 10, paid in advance. Not refundable, unless we end the agreement for a reason that is not your fault.
No VAT to add
We are not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay. If that changes we will tell you at least 30 days beforehand.
Fixed for 24 months
Your monthly fee cannot rise for the first 24 months. After that, at most once a year, by no more than CPI, with 30 days’ notice.
A charity discount
Charities get a discount on website plans and IT Care. Tell us about your charity when you get in touch.
IT Care is month to month
No minimum term. Either of us can end an IT Care plan on 30 days’ written notice.

No. Braw Essentials, Braw and Braw Growth include the design and build of a new site with no build fee; you pay the monthly fee from launch.
Braw Basics takes on a WordPress site you already have. We check it over first, and if we find existing problems we tell you and quote to fix them separately.
What is the minimum term?
Braw Basics has a 1 month minimum, Braw Essentials and Braw 12 months, and Braw Growth 6 months. After that a plan runs month to month and either of us can end it with 30 days’ notice. IT Care has no minimum term.
You can leave during a minimum term, but the fees for the rest of that term remain due.
How much is it if I pay annually?
Annual payment is 12 months for the price of 10, paid in advance: £490 for Braw Basics, £990 for Braw Essentials, £1,990 for Braw, £7,490 for Braw Growth a year.
Do your prices include VAT?
We are not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add. The price shown is the price you pay.
Can the price go up?
Not for the first 24 months of your plan. After that we can raise it no more than once in any 12 months, by no more than the most recent annual CPI rate, and only after 30 days’ written notice.
What does it cost to buy the website outright?
Any time after the first 12 months you can buy the site outright for the fixed fee stated in your order. After 24 months of fees it becomes yours anyway, at no extra cost.
Do you offer a charity discount?
Yes. Charities get a discount on website plans and IT Care. Tell us about your charity when you get in touch.
What costs extra?
New functionality, online shops, bespoke development, pages beyond your allowance and redesigns outside the free 3-yearly refresh are quoted separately. IT support beyond the hours in your plan, and visits in Edinburgh, are charged at our hourly rate. We always tell you before anything becomes chargeable.
