Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
Accounts, mailboxes, licences and settings, administered for you.
Email security
SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up and monitored, so your email reaches inboxes and nobody can easily send mail pretending to be you.
Backups, updates and security
Checked quarterly on IT Solo and monthly on IT Team and IT Office, with a written report on IT Office.
Starters and leavers
New staff set up and leavers’ access removed, included on IT Team and IT Office.
Remote support
1 hour a month on IT Team and 3 hours on IT Office. Hours reset each month and do not roll over.
Planning calls
Twice a year on IT Team and quarterly on IT Office, to plan what is coming rather than react to it.

Where something is outside what we do, we say so and can refer you to another provider. We always tell you before extra time becomes chargeable.
Remote first, Edinburgh when it matters.
Most IT problems are fixed fastest remotely, so IT Care is remote first. Support is given on working days: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding Scottish public holidays.
When something needs a visit, we come to you in Edinburgh at our hourly rate, and tell you before the time becomes chargeable.
Good IT care reduces risk; it cannot remove it. We will not promise that your systems can never be breached or lose data. We will keep them set up properly, checked regularly and backed up, and tell you plainly what we would change.

Do you support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?
Yes, both. Every IT Care plan includes administration of one or the other.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
Three records on your domain that prove email sent in your name really comes from you. Without them, your messages are more likely to land in spam, and it is easier for someone else to send email pretending to be your business. Every IT Care plan sets them up and monitors them.
Is there a contract?
IT Care runs month to month with no minimum term. Either of us can end it on 30 days’ written notice.

IT Care plans cover up to 12 users. If you have more, get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Is IT Care cheaper with a website plan?
Yes. Adding IT Care to a website plan takes about 20% off the IT Care fee for as long as the website plan stays active. Braw Growth includes IT Team.
What if we need help today?
Book a same-day fix: £75 for the first hour, whether or not you are a client. Book by 2pm on a working day and we start that day; later bookings start the next working day.
Can we start with a one-off check?
Yes. The IT and security health check is £149 for a written report on your IT and security. If you start an IT Care plan within 30 days, the £149 is credited against your first 3 months’ fees.
