Do you look after sites that are not WordPress?
Braw Basics is for WordPress sites. If your site is on another platform, a new site on one of our monthly plans is usually the better route, with no build fee.
What if my site already has problems?
We check the site over before we start. If we find existing problems we tell you and quote to fix them separately. We are not responsible for faults that were there before we took it on.
What counts as a small edit?
A line of text, an image, a price or your opening hours. Anything larger, such as a new page or a change to how something works, is quoted first.
What counts as an urgent problem?
Your site is down, a key part of it such as a form, booking tool or checkout has stopped working, there is a security problem, or email on a domain we manage is not being delivered. On Braw Basics we respond the next working day.
Who owns the site?
You do. On Braw Basics the site was already yours, and we claim no ownership of it. When you leave, the leaving pack includes the complete site files and database, ready to move to another host.
